You must be 18+ to become a Pomfit® instructor.

Our online training consists of five units Unit 1: Recognise and categorise the History, Concept, philosophy, and science behind the PomFit® brand. After reviewing the slides in Unit 1. You must successfully complete the quiz on the history, concept, philosophy, and science of the PomFit® brand, achieving a minimum pass mark of 90%, in order to proceed to Unit 2. When will this assessment take place? It will happen upon finishing the quiz. Unit 2: Identify and demonstrate x5 Core cheer motions used in PomFit® and Demonstrate you can instruct the correct technique, when instructing the motion. After studying the Images and watching the instructional clips in unit 2, you will need to upload 5 short clips of yourself providing instructions for each motion. When will this be evaluated? Your clips will be assessed after course submission. Unit 3: Comprehend and adhere to health and safety regulations while leading a PomFit® class. After examining the significance of health and safety during the instruction of a pomfit class, including risk assessments and Par-Q forms, you will need to complete a multiple-choice questionnaire where a 90% pass rate is required. When will this be evaluated? It will happen upon finishing the quiz. Unit 4: Recognise and demonstrate you are confident, can follow, and instruct from the tools given in the PomFit® choreography toolbox. Once you have reviewed the choreography sheet and observed the tools given to you in the choreography tool box, in unit 4, you should upload a video clip of yourself instructing three participants. The recording must clearly show all participants and yourself throughout the clip. When is the evaluation scheduled? Your clip will be evaluated upon course submission. Unit 5: Making the most out of your PomFit® qualification. After exploring the necessary tools for launching your PomFit® classes, we will look in to the decisions you must make regarding the location, schedule, class availability and price, as well as advertising and promotional strategies to include in your business plan. To conclude this unit, you will need to submit a brief video clip promoting your upcoming PomFit® class. When is the evaluation scheduled? On course completion

Upon completion of your course, a comprehensive assessment will be conducted to evaluate your work thoroughly. Your submissions will be meticulously reviewed to assess your understanding and application of the course material. Following the review process, you will have a one-on-one zoom consultation with the course instructor, to receive detailed feedback on your performance. During this personalized feedback session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your strengths, areas for improvement, and any questions you may have regarding the course content. The instructor will provide constructive feedback to help you enhance your skills and knowledge further. Based on the assessment outcomes and the feedback provided during the call, a decision will be made regarding your performance in the course. You will either receive a pass, indicating successful completion of the course requirements, or a referral for further improvement in specific areas. This feedback and evaluation process aims to support your learning journey and ensure that you have a clear understanding of your progress and areas where you can continue to grow. It is designed to be a valuable opportunity for reflection, learning, and development as you advance in your academic or professional pursuits.

Completing our PomFit instructor online course does not automatically grant you permission to conduct a PomFit® class. Your eligibility will be confirmed after you have received feedback and been granted access to the instructor portal.

Yes, you can only run Pomfit® classes, if you hold a licence.

Yes there is a licence fee at £20, every 30 days , giving you access to everything below. LICENCE TO TEACH Once you have completed your training, and paid for your licence fee, you can start teaching Pomfit® classes, wherever and whenever you like. CHOREOGRAPHY You will have full access to ALL the Pomfit® instructor, choreography, downloads and recordings. You will also receive access to 45 mins of new class content, every 4 months. MUSIC FitMixPro music credits, will be given on the instructor training day, this covers a year worth of music, to get you up and running. So you legally have access, to all the music for your classes, for a year, at no extra cost EXTRA INCOME Exclusive access to buy, and the licence to re-sell the official Pomfit® pom-poms. This is a great option, to give your participants, so they have their own set. SOCIAL ACCESSABLE TEMPLATES Once the word gets out, that you are running a Pomfit® class, you may not be able to have the time, to be making your own content, for socials. So you will have access to loads of templates , that you can use right away or customise. EDUCATION During your course, we will hand you all the tools you need, to recruit new clients, retain existing clients, and keep people coming back, to feel the power of the pom-pom's. SUPPORT You will have full support throughout your Pomfit® journey. With access to our official instructor, support forum on Facebook, and most of all, you will have direct contact with the Founder of Pomfit®, to support you when needed, so no waiting around for responses, from different parts of the company like no other.

Unless your venue is already covered, you will need a music licence, because we use original tracks, from well known artists, not cover versions.
